70th Wedding Anniversary
We celebrated an incredible milestone today - my grandparents have been married for 70 years! Yes, they were married on August 1, 1937 and are stillllll together - happily!!!
We had a great party with lots of close friends and family - 78 in total to be exact. Here are just a few of the photos from the day...
They arrived in style in a 1937 Packard - from the year they were married.
This is their wedding photo - very young looking! My grandfather was 23 and my grandmother 18.
And this is their original marriage certificate - very elegant!
