Skating
We decided to take Holly skating again - it's been a while since we went the first time. It didn't go over too well... she didn't want to stand on her skates and within 30 seconds of getting on the ice declared "I want to go home!" Eventually, she let Paul pull her around on a little sled and had fun playing in the ice box they have set up with pails and shovels in the middle of the ice. We'll have to keep trying - I'm hoping she takes after me and loves figure skating and will take lessons like I did and join a club..... you know, every parent's desire that their child will love what we did as kids!
